Hey Everyone,
Been getting a few emails regarding Why Park lately and wanted to address some of your concerns:
1) Why Does It Cost?
- Basically the cost is essentially a hosting fee, and the content creation service - which is unparalelled in any other domain parking product currently available. All you need to do is park a few valuable domain names and you should be able to cover the investment in no time at all
2) Can I transfer exisiting websites into the Why Park system?
- When you transfer existing sites into the Why PArk system, they are essentially created from scratch.
3) Can you choose which Ad publisher you use on you Why Park site.
- You can use either Google Adsense or Yahoo Search MArketing Ads on your WhyPark sites.
That’s it from now, talk soon,
Peter

Not many people know, but there is certainly money to be made from purchasing a high traffic - low competition keyword based domain name. If you can increase the PR and Alexa Rank over time, you will be looking at making some serious profit from a well chosen domain name.
Obviously it can be a little hit and miss in terms of choosing a domain name, but if you have a good hold on identifying developing trends and untapped niches you should have no problem.
WhyPark allows user’s to manage inquiries from visitor’s interested in buying a valuable domain name. This is a fantastic feature if you are looking to sell a domain name in the future.

Keyword research is where all online marketing prospects should start. In the context of finding a valuable domain name - or one that is likely to increase with value over time, the most important fact is high demand vs low competition. Many an internet millionaire has been created via chosing a high demand low competition domain name/
Searchers will naturally gravitate towards a keyword based domain nam. This in it self will guarantee a high amount of targeted and interested traffic to your site. Personally I recommend tools such as WordTracker, Keyword Elite or Niche Inspector to find untapped keyword niches upon which to build a valuable domain name. Personally I find Niche Inspector to be the fastest and simplest tool to find untapped niches.

It can seem initially very enticing to park your recently bought domain name for free with the domain name seller. They promise revenue and reliable service- but what do you really get out of it?
Unfortunately the majority of free domain parking services will not disclose the actual percentage of revenue you will receive from parking your domain name. Trust me there is always a trade off when you get something for nothing, and just quietly free domain parking services take a substantial cut off the user- why else would they be offering the service for free.
You are much better off paying an upfront fee for your domain parking service, rather than potentially sacrificing significant profits from a well chosen domain name.

Google Adsense has been proven time and time again to be the most reliable income stream available to webmasters. Why is this so? If you can supply a regular amount of traffic to a given site, and place Adsense ads in optimal positioning- in the top left corner and just below the header portion of the site, you pretty much guarantee a CTR above 5% which if you have selected a high demand domain name with an average high CPC on Google Adwords, will result in significant profits.
Don’t have the time to manually create sites which are optimised for Google Adsense? WhyPark has taken all the hard work out of creating websites which are designed to drive revenue from Google Adsense, and other publisher’s such as YSM. All you need to do is buy the high traffic domain name, transfer the NameServer’s to those of WhyPark, and hey presto, you are done!
Make Money With Adsense Faster with WhyPark.

Domain parking has become a fantastic way to drive revenue from an unused domain name, while the webmaster designs the site for launch. Sometimes webmaster’s may have several website’s which are in development, and the question arises - what to do with them while you wait?
Using professional domain parking services such as WhyPark allows users to park a domain name and auto-create fresh content rich websites based on tightly selected keyword themes that are optimized for the search engines. The end result is that your domain name will increase in PR over time - obviously dependent on the extra promotion you do on the side building up to your site launch.

Once upon a time it was possible to buy a high traffic domain name, park it, slap up a bunch of Google Adsense ads, and watch the profits flood in. Those days are unfortunately gone, and Google is always changing their algorithm to weed out undersirable traffic and profit generating sites. The reason behind this is that Google has deemed these sites which are essentially ‘link farms’ offer very little user experience- a person can only click on an ad, and furthermore all the sites look the sames- which detracts from Google’s results which are meant to be focussed on relevancy and originality.
The result is that these traditional domain parked sites are being penalised by Google- some even are being blacklisted - which trust me is something you do not want to risk.
In today’s Google driven web environment if you want to generate domain parking revenue you need to utilize a system which is optimised for Search Engines such as Google, and guaranteed to improve the value and PR of the domain name.

Currently there are a few options to choose from in terms of domain parking services. Here is a brief summary of the most competitive services currently, and what results you should expect using each.
1) Sedo.com
Sedo allows user’s to buy sell and park domain names all via the one site. The site has a very professional look and feel about it. The site is not very clear in explaining what actual percentage you will receive once you have parked your domain name with them. They do say the minimum threshold is $20, which is fair enough. All in all, not a bad option- would be good for them to clarify there revenue.
2) MoneyParking.com
Like Sedo, MoneyParking is a 1 stop shop for buying, selling and parking domain names. Its convenience is pretty much its main selling point- the site looks a little tired, however navigation is simple and direct. Again it is unfortunately not clear what percentage of the revenue one will receive for parking their domain name.
3) WhyPark
WhyPark is a paid domain parking service, which allows user’s to upload up to 100 domain names to be processed. The site and interface is extremely simplistic, navigation is clear. There is a reasonable amount of flexibility in the templates available for auto-creating your site. 100% of revenue is returned to the user- WhyPark makes their money from the upfront fee and for also affiliate sales made via each parked domain- which you of course receive a nice commission for as well.
